Noel Gallagher (n. el 29 de mayo de 1967), es un compositor, cantante y guitarrista inglés.
Es conocido por haber sido el Compositor, segundo vocalista y guitarrista principal de Oasis. Noel Gallagher es constantemente mencionado como el hombre que "salvó" Gran Bretaña con su disco Definitely Maybe para contrarrestar el grunge dominante en los inicios de los años noventa, «Live Forever» se convirtió posteriormente en el himno del britpop.
Después, su nueva banda y álbum se llamarían "Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds", un disco que produce él mismo junto a David Sardy y que ha grabado entre 2009 y 2011 entre Londres y Los Ángeles.
Obtuvo un premio honorífico de la revista británica NME por su gran contribución a la música. Con Oasis recibió el premio a mejor banda británica en 1996.
