Rock Alternativo
Placebo es una banda de rock alternativo formada en 1994 en Londres, Inglaterra.
Está compuesta por Brian Molko y Stefan Olsdal, y tras el abandono del baterista Steve Hewitt el 1 de octubre de 2007, fue reemplazado por Steve Forrest. La banda alcanzó un considerable éxito desde su debut discográfico en 1996, vendiendo más de un millón de copias de sus discos en el Reino Unido y sobre ocho millones en todo el mundo.
