The Fatback Band (más tarde, simplemente Fatback) es una banda de funk y disco americana.
Sus miembros son, Bill "Fatback" Curtis, Cordell "Pete" Everett, Ed Jackson, Isabella Dunn Gordon, Ledjerick Todd Woods, George Williams, Darryl McAllister y Bob "Zoot" James.
Fue más popular en los años ´70 y ´80. The Fatback Band es más conocida por sus hits de R&B como (Do The) Spanish Hustle", "I Like Girls", "Gotta Get My Hands on Some (Money)", "Backstrokin'" y "I Found Lovin". Su single de 1979 "King Tim III (Personality Jock)" se considera el primer single Hip Hop.
