Janet Devlin (Janet Maureen Aoife Ne Devlin) es una cantante irlandessa, nacida el 12 de noviembre de 1994 en el pequeño pueblo de Gortin, Condado de Tyrone.
Influenciada desde muy temprana edad por grupos alternativos como Red Hot Chili Peppers, City & Colour, y Devendra Banhart, pasó gran parte de su infancia, según sus propias palabras, a solas en su habitación escribiendo música, además de tener un buen desempeño académico. Ella ganó publicidad adicional cuando Courtney Love defendía su creencia de que Devlin era un pariente lejano de Kurt Cobain, algunos de cuyos antepasados habían aclamado de un pueblo cercano, Gortin. Su álbum debut en 2015, Running with Scissors, fue publicado con Insomnia Music.
